so I've searched everywhere and cannot find a solution. no matter what i try I always get the "flash_image: not found" after entering the command in terminal emulator.

I have the .img file in the root of my sdcard and i have input the correct file name 20 times. I have also searched about the S-OFF bootloader and can't find anything. Also I am rooted with ClockworkMod recovery.

I'm at a loss here, can anyone help?
