help! cant get firmware 2.0 update to work.

can anyone help me with this problem? i downloaded firmware 2.0 to dvd disk and to memory stick but cant get it to work in ps3. all i get is a message sayin "no applicable data found". can anyone tell me what im doing wrong?

Make sure it's in [Storage Media/USB Device]/PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP so it will be recognized... more detailed instructions on updating are here:
