Heavy rain will not load help?

Backed up heavy rain to internal hard drive. Its there in the menu but will not load just get black screen. Help!

I'm using updated PS3 break and Gaia manager.

put some orginal game in bd drive.

i had this trouble also at first.. what i did was

have game internal
have a disc in bd drive (as mentioned above)
start game from bd disc icon on xmb
that's it

i am using ps break 1.1 with latest hex and also using open manager 2.i (i think) or the latest one from on here..
