    [Answered] Which firmware is on current PS3s?

    If I was to purchase a new PS3 at Walmart, which version is the firmware currently at? Is there a way to tell by the code on the box?

    I don't think so man. It will probably be on 3.55. One of my friends bought a ps3 like 3 days ago and his had 3.55 on. He was actually quite lucky though, because he can just install 3.55 kmeaw cfw from where he is now.
