Fifa 12 PS3 update help?

Installed Fifa 12 on psn using the files from here but it keeps asking for the 1.03 update, won't update cos it wont work. Its fine at the beginning but it does it every 10 minutes or so including in the middle of the matches. I've looked in the files for the update.pup but there don't seem to be one around.

Anyone got any ideas on how i can stop this cos its rather annoying. Game is hard enough without it doing this.
