all sorted -- it would not patch because the obm was set in launch12345 once i reinstalled obm and picked the obamlaunch - all was fine and dandy

previously the game would just stop after you press any button to continue. now it goes beyond that point and it managed to load in my data from eye pet (non move edition)!. I am calibrating the move controller now so fingers crossed.
