    Can I download the COD4 maps for free w/o firmware?

    You cannot play the COD4 Variety Map Pack without purchasing it from the SONY store. Even through PS3.PROXY you won't be able to activate the file as the purchas is linked to the 'download account'

    Is downloading Maps for COD , Battlefield bad company, etc... unavailable? I was thinking if I purchased from my other PS3 with the real game, there is no way for me to copy it over to my modified ps3 and play with them?
