Downgrade PS3 firmware 3.70 to 3.55 help?

Hello,

Is there any way possible to downgrade from 3.70 to 3.55 without using a flashing tool?

as of right know no sorry there is no way to downgrade a ps3 with out a hardware flashing tool

There's a lot about downgrading that leads to a pay for service. Nothing works without a downgrader and/or a flash tool.
