Demo/Kiosk ps3 firmware help?

Hello, I currently have a Demo PlayStation 3 with firmware 3.00. I'm looking for firmware for 3.41. Retail firmware isn't compatable, does anyone know where i could get a hold of Kiosk 3.41 firmware?
