[Answered] Deleting LAUN12345 help?
I accidentally created a LAUN12345 directory in /dev_hdd0 and not in /dev_hdd0/game/
Is it possible to remove it? because it will not work with filezilla, for example I can delete:
but when I click on that map (LAUN12345) it will only delete the map test so:
Is there any way I can delete that?

I used core ftp lite works like a charm never losed connection with it
Deleting should work on FileZilla, it does for me anyways.
Normally when i delete stuff with multiple folders it will go through every folder deleting all files first, then you have to select delete again and it should delete all the folders.
It just doesnt work, with core ftp and filezilla I can't delete LAUN12345 and the map GAMEZ, I can delete it in /dev_hdd0/game//LAUN12345/GAMEZ/ but just not in
does it matter if its there? and why did you create one? wouldent BM make one itself? is it causing any problem?
what about awesome file manager?
Updates in v0.03:
• Added Scrolling
• Added Non-empty folder deletion
• Added a security option (Normal Mode/Advanced mode) where normal mode will only allow write access in /usb_dev and /usb_hdd0/game.
• Added the ability to backup up files over 4GB to external (explanation below)
• Fixed a hang-bug with folders with many files

Thanks I will try this tommorow No it doesn't really matters but I dont like files everywhere when I don't need them, I doesn't give me any problems but it would nice to just delete it.
And I created that file per accident because I thought that ps3 games should be backed up in there and after that I saw it was in /usb_hdd0/game, just a mistake
aha i see, well its wierd it cant be deleted, as its the hdd and it should be full read/write acess AFAIK :/ you have tried different ftp progs i guess?
yea worth a try at least Last edited by EiKii; 09-19-2010 at 08:29 PM Reason: Automerged Doublepost
