Copy games to PS3 HDD help?

i downloaded a game and copied it to the PS3 HDD with Multiman, and i have a couple of question:

1. how do i find the game in the PS3 start screen?

2. how do i delete the copy if i would like to?

The game should be listed in MultiMan, if you don't see it hit refresh.. and to delete it you just hit delete in the MultiMan menu for the game (hit triangle when the game is highlighted)
