COD4 savegame any possibilities?

Hi i was wondering if there is any worthwhile things that would come from these COD4 hacks other then infinite weapons etc?

i was also wondering....if you update with the patch...then reformat your drive does it keep the patch or not?

I might be wrong on this one, but I believe that COD4 will re-update itself the first time you launch the game....

Other than cheating (which I don't get the point of doing it online) nothing useful come to mind from editing the savegame......

editing the savegame such as liberty stories etc on psp? can someone clarify how savegame hacks work please?
