    [UnAnswered] Blu-ray movies made playable on YDL 5.0?

    Dont know if this was already discuss but does anyone know of a way to play dumped blu-ray ISO's movies in YDL 5.0? I have mplayer installed but dont think it handles that. :??

    Simple answer, no.

    Even though the cell is mighty powerful, the tiny framebuffer on the PS3 is well, terrible. If we were to get full RSX access (and proper linux implementation of it), then yes, but since we dont, no.

    You may be able to play it, but even if so, it wouldnt be anything close to smooth!
