    Well, I have an Android phone, I have an HP 50G (Calculator). I know there was a TI-84 jig emulator app. I can even take the schematics and code provided from the jig thing and make it.

    I got my E3 from NDSCardSale, they have it for USD $11.99 with free shipping right now. If you can wait, I think I would use that instead of calculator or a phone.
