Black Screen with PS3JB?

hello,

i have a PS3JB like that, and when i use backupmanager.pkg or ps3 ftp server.pkg.

i installed, after i launch. I have a black screen (ps home not respond).

It's ATmega32u2 chip.

Edit: I think i found something.. I tried on a PS3 Slim and it work. On the first PS3 (40GB CECHG04)

The bluray drive is out. So i think it's that the problem. I would like to use PS3 Ftp server.

the system that goes to a black screen, is it on firmware 3.41?

yes 3.41 it works now, i cheat with drive, and i put in the up position. and now i can launch. But ps3 don't see disc, so i can use BUM. and for BUM 2.0, i need psgroove by hermes so i must compile for atmega32u2.
