Black Ops 1.03 Debug PKG for BLES01031 help?

Does anyone have a link to the BLES01031 1.03 Debug PKG for Black Ops?

I have searched at http://www.ps3news.com/subdomain.php...arch=Black+Ops and it only was BLES01035.

I need one that will work for 3.41 too.

Don't bother updating it. The 1.03 update improves online, which we can't use anyway.
