Assassin Creed 3 won't start help?

hi guys, i downloaded ac3 by a torrent file and then i replaced the file in the fix with the files in usrdir an the param file then i tried to start the game using the latest multman but when i started the game from xmb it started with a black screen for 2 sec then it got back to xmb so i tried to start it with bdmirror but still same problem

create a empty folder named ASSASIN_ISO in USRDIR.
