    Question [Answered] Any way to jailbreak/downgrade my ps3 for FREE?

    Hi.

    I know that one cannot downgrade or jb using an touch 2G. Is there any other way to jb ps3 for free? I want this to allow backing up of the games that I have purchased to allow smoother gameplay and faster loading times. I have the 3.55 firmware.

    until they find a way to load back-ups from cfw 3.55 you'll need some kind of jb device to downgrade. they do have a way to modify some eboots to work with cfw but nowhere near the compatiblity of jb.

    It wasn't working for me i was trying every single way it says download the pp file.
