PS3 Tekken 5 DR Backup... question? - PS3 NEWS

Is it possible to copy the game from another hard drive to another hard drive since I have 2 PS3.

Would it be possible to just copy the game from the hard disk to the other hard disk of the ps3?

Would it be possible to take the HDD from the PS3 and use a USB to the pc and copy it to the other HArd drive of the ps3 and use the backup tekken 5 on the other ps3?

just login with your psn account on the other ps3 and dl it again.
from what i have heard you can dl it 5 times.

I'm pretty sure you unable to copy or backup or at least you cant activate the game.

I'm curious to know if you took the hard drive from ps3[1] and put it in ps3[2] will it work? because sooner or later the hdd will be full and you must buy a new one so you can swap around, but not sure if it still work or not.

just like fuqi said, you can login with your psn account on any PS3 and download it. Up to 5 times, I just did yesterday after upgrading my hard drive to 100GB.

as far as i know , You don't have a limit downloading it urself, the limitation comes in when u want to share your games , it's an "account" limitation , saying that YOUR account can only be activated via 5 ps3 and no more . So those 5 ps3 might be able to download the games as many times as they want ... (but haven't tried it myself ...)

HI,

I just been confirm by a fews people that you can backup anything on the PS3... such as accounts, game saves, installed game (buy online or partial install from disc), pictures, video, music...etc....

You can't just backup one game or two, every time you backup, you backup the entire stuffs on the PS3 HDD.

To make it short, anything that you don't need, delete it, so when you backup its smaller. Go to setting and use the Backup Utility and backup to USB Drive or External HDD or whatever you have. And later use Restore to put backup back to the HDD. This would save you time re-download game.

Also, if the game you have is sharing/giving by someone, you have to login with their account to able to re-download.

how would making an image of the hdd help? not trying to be a smart ass but i fail to see the importance of that, when you can backup the hdd in the xmb if im not mistaken.

Who said image? ... i say clone HDD

As i know there is some troubles to restore game content from backup....
