Yes, it should since the encrypted video is just video now (I would call it region-less).

Here's an update with some hints on what I'm doing now:

There is a filesize limit, the way I got around this the first time was manually (stop, goto that point, play, stop, goto...etc).

Now I am working with using a file splitter. The one I am using is this freeware one http://www.dekabyte.com/filesplitter/download.html and I know this one works for this cause. (A movie file splitter will not work)

Anyone who gets the working format and splits it, Part 1 will play 100% fine, the others will need this hex added to the beginning:

00 00 01 BA 54 78 24 27 CC 01 00 19 17 F8 00 00 01 BB 00 0C 80 19 01 04 21 FF BD C0 20 E0 E1 90 00 00 01 BC 00 12 E2 FF 00 00 00 08 81 80 00 00 02 E0 00 00 66 6B F2 40 00 00 01 BD 0A 0C 80 80 05 25 1E 09 96 93 80 00 00 00 0B 77 22 AC 24 40 E1 FC 04 C0 3F 01 95 5E 18 61 86 1F

The bold are variable of some sort, have not looked into it. Ocassional fails (If file less than 25MB) (Manual method always worked)

ALSO, No one has said it but I want to make this very clear, this is, in no manner, is a boot-loader this is just a process for getting an encrypted *.m2ts to a decrypted *.m2ts, and then converting it and seperating it so that it will be compatable with XMB.

This should work with HD-DVD too or am I completely wrong? Besides the fact that you will have to transfer a HD-DVD from your computer of course.

Wow that is crazy, very good job. Quick question is it possible to run these files from the PS3 hard drive?, or does it only work from the external drive?

A better question: Will this run on the latest updated firmware for the PS3? Or should I hold off my machine from getting updates, until we get a COMPLETE result?

If its like any other video file (which it should be) , you could set up a webserver on your PC, connect your PS3's webbrowser to it, download the file, and it gets stored right on the HDD! (or you might be able to copy it off dvd/cd/memory stick, but dunno on that!)

Besides using the PS3 as the player, are the decrypted blu ray movies useable now on the pc that I could use a ts (transport stream), or windows media player to play the movie?

Correct but the problem still arises with the PS3 main hard-drive only holding 4GB files, and you can use external devices, show all, and then copy.

If you have the X360 external HD-Player and the drivers for it, I believe it is just as easy to decrypt, and I know where to find the CPS Keys if you need them. The conversion of the output to a compatible PS3 video format will work.
