Just out of curiosity, has anyone tried hotswapping a BD backup through this method ? (ie swapping discs with the lid off) Again, kudos to HackITandC for this, awesome work.

Oh OK cool, I knew it had been tested, I just wasn't sure if somebody had tried a hotswap yet, you're right though, BD-R is far too expensive right now, although the prices are falling.

Just wondering if there was any other games that had an exploit in apart from RFOM, F1 and Full Auto 2?

I have tried the following games and had no success:
Blazing Angels
Call Of Duty 3
Motorstorm

Has anyone tried games like: Need for Speed, NBA, Virtua Tennis/Fighter, Tiger Woods, Def Jam, Tony Hawks, or NHL?

I really want to play RFOM online again. I do not have F1 or Full Auto 2, I have read that the online update for RFOM makes other games require an online update as well. For me this was not the case, It loaded Oblivion perfectly.

Can anyone confirm that RFOM with the new online update is not loadable with either F1 or Full auto 2. I know that someone else said that they couldnt do it with F1, but can anyone else confirm it.

I am on a US PS3 Version 1.51, with all US games.

One thing that I've noticed when running Sigma through this method (which seems to work perfectly on 1.50 by the way) is that because Resistance only runs in 720p, so does Sigma and there is no way for me to change that without launching the game from the xmb, which obviously I can't do.

Can anyone get MLB 07 to work online anymore with this bypass now that MLB 07 has a patch? Seems MLB 07 is in the same boat as Motorstorm. It keeps telling me to install the patch :-/ However since MLB 07's patch is from the PSN store instead of directly in the game, maybe we can figure out a way to get it to install to the right directory.

Ninja Gaiden needs 1.80 too though and that boots fine.
