And it also says it was saved in Photoshop CS3.. so yah, stand by my previous assumption, that these are photoshopped, they look fake.

When you resize a picture in Photoshop or add your logo to the picture it says it's saved with Photoshop. So when it says that it doesn't automaticly means it has been Photoshopped.
