Of course this is better than a downgrade. But what's about sony? I mean the consequence of using a 3.50 JB will be a perm. ban from sony.

is there any idea to avoid that? is sony able to check by any logfiles, that your using a jb-stick?

Yeah, i had OtherOS, but it wasn't very useful. You could not run it decent, that's why i don't get why people want it so bad. But i guess some people without pc could benefit off it...
