if I use the port1_config_descriptor.bin from the Math + Hermes v3 + what ever source and convert with To8XV will that make the file for TI-84 users (For whoever knows)

I think so and you need to have wappsign to sign it do you have the source

It's a program that signs the prog/files to work on the ti-84 you can get the file off brandon's website i have it it comes with ti-83 plus flash debugger program
