A LPT 18fxxx programmer is really simple and cheap to build, and always handy to have around, if people want i could build and sell them for a decent price, talking about 7 - $10, would be a professionally built board and not an etched board.
I have one XBOX SPI Flasher based on a pic18f2455 cotroller with 12MHz resonator. I flashed the pic with HI-LO programmer with main-12MHz.hex.
When I simply boot up my ps3 console winth flasher in usb port it says that I'm connect "an unknown usb device", and when I try t boot up with combination of "power" button and then quickly "eject" then it show be the black screen, and monitor says "not signal".
I'm in doubt if i should root my desire and flash a custom rom. Probably I'll wait for a psp port, I like the stock features of my phone I am curious, how come a linux pc port isn't out yet??
man all of these ports and still no working psp port geesh you would have figured the psp would've been first but i guess not. I wonder if a psp port will ever come or even work with the psp?
