Did you deleted all your old account and made new one or you just made a new one from you ps3?

Sorry 0x00 i know this is annoying for you, however i dont get black screen anymore, but it does not unban me, ive followed all your steps,

Used the new file
Delete the old one from ps3
Install new one
Run new one
Press square (because im on Rogero 4.21)
Sign in but its still says my system is banned from SEN/PSN

i've tried using and creating a new account, but it just says my ps3 system is banned. I created a new one from my PC but i cant get to type the details in, because it says your system is banned...

Sorry 0x00, i pressed X now and it worked!!! thank you, just a tip guys, you have to create a new PSN id from your PC, run Unban, then create a new account for your PS3, goto Sign Up, Use existing account, type in your new PSN id (that you made on your PC) and you should be able to sign in.

finallly my psn come back

run PKG from 00
delete all acc in your PS3 (backup save game fist)
creater new acc PSN on PS3 or PC
logging to PSN it's working now
bad news you lost all trophies
