Whoever told them this was legal obviously never went to law school, or else they would have heard of the phrase "purpose or intent."

And with a name like "PS3 Liberator," the ambiguity defense is unlikely...

Hopefully they aren't a US Company, for their sake.

Is it that I can connect to my network console?

Yes, the module NBZ is expected to launch an application network, allowing you to connect from a computer directly to your console via FTP, and have remote access to your hard drive, internal or external.
Look's like they are using CJPC's FTP Homebrew...

The dongle PS3Liberator is it easy to use? should you open the console?

No action is required on the console. No openings need be made, using only one port PS3liberator USBen front of the console. Simply insert it, start the console, then load a game from the PS3's internal hard drive of the console, or from an external hard drive.
Two interesting things. They say firmware 3.41 or lower - this means you don't have to update to 3.41 (still to be tested thought). And they do not mention that you have to power cycle every time (also to be tested). It would be nice if this is true and perhaps the PSGroove caqn be updated to do the same. I smell a RE on the way .....

Intresting, if it works i'll end up buying this if there's no psp option or no teensy available because shipping will be faster since its only from France and I live in UK probably a few days.

This clone says it can be updated... And it has a "failsafe" on board for a bad flash?

The worst part is that they sell CJPC's FTP port. Its almost like they have waited for the moment they would release it!

I see all these clones as a rip-off now, basically the clone is a branded teensy/Amtel board with at least a 20 price hike!

just buy a 25 board and flash it! (CJPC's FTP server is free - so just download that and HIS patched hex for the board and you're good to go!)

I hate people like this - they're just preying on the uninformed to make a quick buck!

    PSPSwampy.

(Wish i had access to a supply of these boards that i could stick a "PSPSwampy's USB tool" sticker on and sell for 50! - Kerrrrrrrrrrr CHING )

If there were any boards in stock in the world then people would buy that but at the moment the clones are the cheapest people who don't have a calculator with a usb port or an android phone can get. Plus 50 is not that bad compared to 90-100

The fact is. IT IS PSGroove that they are using...
