    The uploaded set has parity files, you can use them to fill (repair) the missing blocks - i.e. there is enough posted for a complete download.

    I would say Multiupload.com 400 MB parts (as always) or RapidShare.com one part download (they provide free users fullspeed and no download limit at the moment).

    I say 1000 MB (1GB) parts on Megaupload, I would also suggest you put a password for the RAR or Zip file like "PS3news.com".
