I don't know of any free Usenet providers offhand other than if a person's ISP offers one (which will likely be slow with lousy retention), but most people I know use either giganews.com or usenetserver.com to access them.

In a nutshell, this will bring PS3 homebrew developers and hackers to the same page as Sony had with the 3.6 SDK... most of it is just for reading and learning purposes, but included are a few tools that others may find a use for such as the ability to downgrade newer Firmware Debug units once again.
