DUPLEX for whatever reason have included three directories in this release that do not need to be there:

[112]-PS3_NC_1.01_SCEA
[137]-PS3_SDK_PlaygroundDemo-340_001
[139]-PS3_SDK_Samples-340_001

Two of these directories contain folder\file names which are pretty long (and depending on where you are - might be longer than 255 chars - which winrar will break on)

After you extract everything, you can just go in an delete those directories (the .zip file for them is in there anyway).

If you don't understand / want to believe me and you think your download is really broken: extract the archive to "C:\PS3\" <- short enough that won't break the 355 char rule.

Doesn't look "Full" to me.

Some items are available in a separate package from SCEDevNet, they aren't included into PS3 SDK
