Following up on his previous PS3 TrueAncestor EBOOT Resigner updates, today PlayStation 3 homebrew developer JjKkYu has released a new application he calls TrueAncestor PKG Creator v1.0 with details below.

Tip: To find ContentID PSN Games (echo ContentID = XX0999-NPWR02172_00-PURCHASEDLICENSE>package.conf) for extracted games that don't have PS3_DISC.SFB for the ContentID there are three methods:
1. From PKG, you can use the creator and choose option 6 to load ContentID from PKG.
2. From EBOOT, you can open an EBOOT with a hex editor, search "NPD" in ascii, and you get it.
3. From EDAT contained in PSN game or DLC, open EDAT with a hex editor, ContentID is in the first 3 lines.
Nice. This is just what I've been looking for. I've been trying to make PKGs and had no luck as other programs are so buggy or 3.55 only but most are just buggy.
This one works nicely. All we need now is a way to connect the Vita to the PS3 then all will be even better.
i don't know what are you talking about, but NFS MW update requires FW v4.11. So, you don't need to patch it for FW 4.21 at all.
Yes, original NFS MW required 4.25 and required patch, but with v1.01 update you don't need it.
It's often happens when update requires lower FW version than original game.
What GAME ID you are talking about? I've checked yesterday for EU BLES00949 (and US version, forgot ID) and latest version was 1.01 requiring FW 4.10 (mistyped as 4.11 in my prevous post). Which update requires 4.31??
Anyway, there is no difference in all existing 4.xx FWs, besides keys. So, simple re-sign for 4.xx (and correct FW version in SFO) should be enough.
sorry my mistake its not nfs mw but i think ghostrecon.. i downloaded it it didn't worked so deleted it... and for mw 1.01 update it doesn't work thru mm probably needs disk in drive,without update runs fine (i had unsane 3.55fix while on 3.55 now i'm on rex4.21).. anyways i wanted know basically how to resign update pkg to needed cfw version...
