For anyone having issues transferring with this in CuteFTP (namely timeouts or frozen transfers), switch to FlashFXP. I've used it without incident since switching from CuteFTP.
am i the only one who have extremely speed issues? i just can increase the ftp speed upper than 100kb/s
that's horrible, didn't know why.. i'm using LAN and static IP's.. my xbox is in the same LAN and has speeds up to 10MB/s
i checked ffxp and filezilla for transfering, active mode is on, ps3 is dmz on router, and i checked the transfering from 3 different pc's. no speed upper than 100kb. that's horrible for an 22GB big game ...
any tips here? or some ppls who have similar issues ?

OMG this thing works so much better then the old one. I was so tired of being half way through getting a game over to my PS3 for the thing to crash. No crashes so far with this one. Thanks.

i saw a speed boost from 9mb/s to 12mb/s. Not a huge difference but ill take it. Im using a homemade crossover cable made from the straight cable that came with the ps3 when i purchased it.
seems blackbox may be the best option right now, but that doesn't mean CJPC's ftp is useless.
Whats the deal with /dev_hdd1? What does this mean?
