[Bug Fixes]
<Check menu in the Game column>
- In the Check menu in the Game column, the following bugs have been
fixed.
- An error "Orphan Embedded SPU found." is output for a SELF file
that is created correctly.
- The check feature fails for a game disc that contains a patch
package with its DRM type set to discbind.
<System BGM>
- The following bugs have been fixed:
- (B#81897,B#82213)
The system may hang up while playing back a system BGM under the
following conditions and when the following operations are performed.
Conditions:
1-1. Call a function of a specific system utility while playing
back a BGM
1-2. Call a function to disable a BGM playback
1-3. Call a function to enable a BGM playback
Or (2-1. and 2-2. can be in random order)
2-1. The user pauses playback from the NowPlaying status.
2-2. Call the function to disable a BGM playback
2-3. Call a function to enable a BGM playback
Operations:
- Call a function of the following system utilities
- The user selects a song from the system menu or presses the "Stop"
or the "Pause" button on the operation panel.
The functions to enable/disable a system BGM playback are as
shown below.
- Enable a BGM playback
cellSysutilEnableBgmPlayback()
cellSysutilEnableBgmPlaybackEx()
- Disable a BGM playback
cellSysutilDisableBgmPlayback()
cellSysutilDisableBgmPlaybackEx()
The functions of specific utilities are as shown below.
- User Information utility
cellUserInfoGetStat()
cellUserInfoGetList()
- AV Chat 2 utility
cellSysutilAvc2LoadAsync()
cellSysutilAvc2Load()
cellSysutilAvc2UnloadAsync()
cellSysutilAvc2Unload()
- Music utility(playback feature)
cellMusicInitialize()
cellMusicInitializeSystemWorkload()
cellMusicFinalize()
cellMusicInitialize2()
cellMusicInitialize2SystemWorkload()
cellMusicFinalize2()
- Music decode utility
cellMusicDecodeInitialize()
cellMusicDecodeInitializeSystemWorkload()
cellMusicDecodeFinalize()
cellMusicDecodeInitialize2()
cellMusicDecodeInitialize2SystemWorkload()
cellMusicDecodeFinalize2()
- Recording utility
cellRecOpen()

- (B#82093)
When a function to disable a system BGM playback is called before
a system BGM is played back by calling the function to enable a
system BGM playback, the system BGM and a game BGM may be output
at the same time.
- Enable a BGM playback
cellSysutilEnableBgmPlayback()
cellSysutilEnableBgmPlaybackEx()
- Enable a BGM playback
cellSysutilDisableBgmPlayback()
cellSysutilDisableBgmPlaybackEx()
- (B#82226)
When "Settings" -> "Debug Settings" -> "Dummy BGM Player Debug" is
set to ON, a game application is started, and then the "Stop"
button is pressed from the operation panel after a music content is
selected using the system BGM feature, the system hangs up.
- (B#85906)
When a function to disable a system BGM playback immediately after
a system BGM is played back from the system menu, although a function
to enable a system BGM playback is called afterward, the system BGM
may not be played back.
Also, while playing back a system BGM, if the function to disable
a system BGM playback is called immediately after a system BGM is
played back from the system menu, although a function to enable a
system BGM playback is called afterward, the system BGM selected
from the system menu may not be played back(the BGM that was being
played back before selecting is played back).
Under the above condition, when the music playback state of the
system BGM feature is obtained by calling the state acquisition
function of the system BGM feature, although the state is
"MusicPlaybackStopped", the music may be being played back.
- Enable a BGM playback
cellSysutilEnableBgmPlayback()
cellSysutilEnableBgmPlaybackEx()
- Enable a BGM playback
cellSysutilDisableBgmPlayback()
cellSysutilDisableBgmPlaybackEx()
- Obtain the state of the system BGM feature
cellSysutilGetBgmPlaybackStatus()
cellSysutilGetBgmPlaybackStatus2()
<librudp>
- The following problems have been fixed.
- (B#83084)
When the context option CELL_RUDP_OPTION_DELIVERY_CRITICAL is set
to 0(OFF) and CELL_RUDP_OPTION_NONBLOCK to 0(blocking), the call to
cellRudpWrite() may not return.
Do not use these settings if you are using an SDK version that is
prior to SDK330.
Note that this bug will be fixed in a future update of the system
software.
- (B#84657)
Due to the inefficient send processing, the throughput was limited
to 22 Mbps. However, starting from the system software 330, the
send processing is improved and the throughput is now increased
to 68Mbps.
[Known Bugs/Restrictions]
<Check menu in the Game column>
- Validation of a media or the file system itself cannot be performed
from the Check menu in the Game column.
When submitting a master disc, make sure to verify the disc that no error
is present using the Disc Image Generator for PlayStation(R)3 or
the Disc Image Checker for PlayStation(R)3.
- When using the check feature from the Check menu in the Game column,
if the number of result files exceeds approximately 80 to 100 depending
on each check item, the file entries of the root directory in the USB
mass storage run out and the subsequent check result files may no
longer be stored.
In such case, move the check result files to another directory.
