Update: AVCHD and Game Manager (by Dean) [20101015-202531] is now available, with the changes posted HERE.

Here is my latest release of OBM that is now PS3 AVCHD and Game Manager, which for those who haven't been following is an Open Backup Manager modification for JailBreak users on the PlayStation 3 console.

Its features include (among the regular stuff):

- User configurable options.ini (for game backup/search paths)
- Copy/backup progress bar
- Copy/backup speed improvement
- Test game major speed improvement
- AVCHD content management

This is THE best loader available imo. I particularly like the L1 button feature! Would love to see a couple more options added if at all possible... just a couple more L1 options actually.

Something like 4 - Custom BG + (game cover.png) / 5 - Custom Coverflow BG + Coverflow (cover manager style).

Hi Dean. Hope you accept the BOSS' offer for your own dedicated forum.

I have yet to try out your GM - will do over the weekend if time permits.

Suggestion - I don't know if your GM allocates the D pad keys. If not, why not allocate left key to video and right key to games? Then you don't have a huge menu of games and videos.

And while you are at it - perhaps the down key can have a sound instruction for one's girlfriend/wife to fetch a beer ...

That would only increase the size of the loader, and be pretty unnecessary with the .ini file. FTP it once and your finished.
