I took a look at it, it does infact lock the PS3 up, for the moment that is all it does. Seems it is from 2004 Windows exploit.

Well, I hope it does something on the ps3 besides lock up, and wasnt someone elses work from 2004!

Agreed. We have had far too many "PoC" files that lock the PS3 up surface and NONE amounted to anything useful... so unless it's pre-confirmed to do more than "lock up" the PS3 it's not worth releasing just to have 100 other people say "yep, it locked up my PS3 too" LOL!
