Need help to config SDK

I think i have the incomplete SDK. But i take from other people the DTNETM file. So i read the Complete Game Backup Thread, but i cant fix my Problem.

I have a Test unit (no Tool) and its now in Debug Modus. I read the Reference_System-Setup_e and install exacly.

environmental variable DTNETM is set to 127.0.0.1

i try to open MSYS, put this inside:
cd ~/work => its on c:/msys/1.0/home/NAME/work ***only cellftp.self ist inside ***

than i put bedbg -prepare
=> and now comming:
Invoking DTCFILESV server failed.
DTCCONS starts successfully.
an CMD Popup comming and close fast.

i open a second msys and try to put this:
begbg -d 192.168.178.29
=> it comes:
DTCFILESV server does not exist.
Invoke the server by "bedbg -prepare" command, then reset the Reference Tool.

have Restarting the PS3, but nothing

ok i dont know why, but i restart my Router + Notebook + PS3 and put this command inside:

$ dtnetm -d 192.168.178.29

plus this:

dtcfilesv -d localhost
dtccons -d localhost

and now he start this...

But now i have the next problem:

$ bedbg -nodebug cellftp.self
/c/usr/local/cell/host-win32/bin/bedbg: netstat: command not found
/c/usr/local/cell/host-win32/bin/bedbg: netstat: command not found
/c/usr/local/cell/host-win32/bin/bedbg: netstat: command not found
/c/usr/local/cell/host-win32/bin/bedbg: netstat: command not found
dcmanager does not open port :11001. dcmanager invocation failed.

what is this meaning? I have Win 7 and NETSTAT ist on System32 inside!

i try again, and its coming an popup (dos window)

Although netstat may be in your system32 folder, it may be looking for it elsewhere, perhaps try copying it to c:\usr\local\cell\host-win32\bin ?

i have copy to directory and now nothing happens. I mean i put the command: $ bedbg -nodebug cellftp.self (yes cellftp.self ist in work inside)

and now is comming a DOS Window \SPU attach\

that it, nothing more happens.
On PS3 Debug Window (TV) i see Connected From: IP_from_my_Notebook

Do this, close out of everything, open two windows.

In one type:

dtnetm -d 192.168.178.29

After a moment you should see something like "Connected"

If so, in the second window, go to the directory where cellftp.self is, and issue bedbg -prepare - both should succeed successfully, then you can run cellftp.self

i open 2 Windows

First Window dtnetm -d 192.168.178.29 [ENTER]
[]

=> nothing more happens

On TV i see Connected From: 0.0.0.0

then i try now in second window:
cd work
bedbg -prepare

=> new window open => dtccons <Version 1.3....>
=> first Window with dtnetm => nothing happens

i try now again in second window:
bedbg -nodebug cellftp.self

=> dcmanager does not open port :11001. dcmanager invocation failed.

If at that point, nothing happens you need to stop and resolve that problem first. For starters, 192.168.178.29 is the IP of your PS3? Furthermore is it wireless or wired? Finally, if you have any firewalls on, turn them off (for now) to see if they are interfering.

ok i have use wireless. Now i try with wire and now on the first window ist connected. but the next problem is the same => Windows Firewall and Avira is of.

I check this today again, i post my result, maybe its block a another program.

so i restart the pc to Safe Mode and disable the Windows Firewall.

but the same Problem

dcmanager does not open port :11001. dcmanager invocation failed.

the same on normal windows mode without Windows Firewall & disable Antivir.

Maybe is the Problem the FritzBox 7270 Router? is this Possible?

no way, i try to test all. All the same problem. Maybe it isnt poosible with Win 7 64bit?

i try this on both windows mode (normal + safe mode) both the same.

i had the same problem cvp, just changed to linux and everything works fine. i used my macbook and vmware, it works like a charme on linux. several people tried to get my sdk 1.92 to work under win 7, vista or xp, but nobody found a solution. so just use linux with vmware!!
