Is there anyway of compilling this PL3 payload within windows?

get a copy of a virtual os platform like VMware etc install the linux distro of choice and compile that way.

Im aware of that and im waiting for evilsperms updated image, however i was hoping someone who has managed to get it to compile within windows would be willing to share the information. I think i just need to find the references to the files its looking for and update the paths but for the life of me cannot find them

newest psgoove hex by Kakaroto for your specific board... then run Gaia manager with it and that is ? Is this all we need are these to files then?

PL3 payloads are the hex or am i freakin lost someone please let me know if im right.

Uhm. I've searched around some and there is no Olimex with 16Mhz clock... Its always been and always will be 8Mhz or is the hex just a typo? Can i burn my board by trying a hex with too high Mhz? Or will it just fail?

Can i use the olimex 16mhz hex? i thought they were only 8mhz.

I heard it's less compatible and more problematic than Hermes', but maybe they rumors. Not tested.
