    New update via netkas:

to get mp working, get patched t5mp_ps3f.self from debug update

copy it to game's folder(the one inside GAMEZ folder) into usrdir folder, replacing old file

copy(replace) posted eboot.bin as t5_ps3f.self to the same usrdir folder (to be able to get back to sp from mp)

then, remove t5mp_ps3f.self and t5_ps3f.self files in update folder (/dev_hdd0/game/"cod bo"/USRDIR/)

now you can play both sp and mp fine, mp works via xkai link
I haven't tested this as I don't have the game yet.

    Cheers,
    JonahUK.

I also get the same, My title ID is BLES01031. What title is yours fisher42uk?

    Steps i took:

    Install correct update PKG (BLES01031)

    Copy EBOOT.BIN to USRDIR (?)

    Edit PARAM.SFO to 3.41

Fixed metadata_db_hdd to 3.41 (Due to running game beforehand)

The step that i'm confused about is the EBOOT placement, because in the first sentence it says to place in the PS3_GAME folder, but then it goes on to be clarified as USRDIR folder... Very confusing.

The EBOOT.BIN is always in the USRDIR folder, so USRDIR/EBOOT.BIN

I kinda guessed that, and replaced it anyway. So with my current attempt i'm still at a black screen.

Is the EBOOT.BIN not related to the title ID at all?

It is very much related - if not because of the folder location, usually in the EBOOT.BIN in many games the title id is hardcoded in.

If it is a debug one, extract it with any number of tools like (make_package_npdrm) and you are set. Or, install it, then FTP/Use a file manager to copy if off your ps3!

Arrow COD Black Ops Zombies: Eminem Easter Egg

Just saw this posted as well for those curious: product-reviews.net/2010/11/08/cod-black-ops-zombies-eminem-easter-egg-revealed/

COD Black Ops Zombies: Eminem Easter Egg

When playing the second zombie map, ‘Five’, simply find and activate the three red telephones and you’ll hear a complete version of Eminem’s ‘Wont Back Down’ song over the airwaves.
