I "think" the dtcfsutil only works with a PS3 TOOL - best bet is to hook up a USB HDD to your pc and use the BD Generator to copy the emu file over to the HDD.

read but don't work =( in docs i found only this command $ dtcfsutil cp /app_home/GAME.emu /dev_usb000

check the chm folder in docs..

My guess is cellftp might sees the bd emu hdd. try to copy it over in cellftp. good luck
