aight guys/girls, i give up, i tried everything but i cannot get the eboot to work.

i don't know enough of HEX coding that i will be able to understand 100% of what i am modifying so i will have to leave it and wait for someone to make stuff happen on 3.50.

Would we be able to update if we modified the 1.05 - eboot.bin ??

NFS works on US as well as EU and I could only get GT5 to work with gaia 1.04.1 with memory patch on and hermes 4b+3.55 spoof payload, If the memory patch isn't on, on my EU PS3 it just sits on silver GT, if that helps anyone...

in my infinite wisdom i forgot to repack the eboot and elf files :S

anyhow, after i try to repack them with the following line:

makeself app 341 eboot.elf eboot.bin

i get the error:

no public key available 
perror: no such file or directory

anybody knows what that means?

EBOOT Decrpyter - Frontend for Unself (Includes Unself + Keys)

Extract all files to the folder of your choice and run EbootDecrypter.exe

If people get some good use out of this, I'll update it with the Encrypter as well.

cygz.dll is missing. I tried it on an PC where Cygwin is not installed. Maybe you should implement it.

Correct me If I'm wrong but unlike Xbox360, PS3 Root key is changeable ? So theoretically, Sony could change it in via updating Firmware?

Hey guys, I am trying to use unself.exe to decrypt different EBOOT.BINs. One worked fine, but the next gave me STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION. Any ideas?

what is this program supposed to do? i get the eboot.bin decrypted to filename but there is no new file.
