E3flasher is just too messy to begin with, with their site remain not organized. What I mean is, look at their download page how messy it is. Most of the links are dead, seriously.
Although looking how E3flasher works, it sures a noob way to hack your console. And definitely recommended who wants to exploitable PS3's to be downgraded in lower firmware, with just a snap of a clip (solderless!!).
But I did have my PS3 FAT NAND 256MB installed with progskeet, yes, it's really hard to install but it's not messy as e3flasher. NAND consoles can do swap CFW-OFW or OFW-CFW, but not as fast as NOR ones. I think it took me 15minutes to reflash the entire thing just to swap firmwares. But the good thing with this is, you dont need to swap HDD, since the firmware is not residing on the HDD anyway. And also a good thing so you can snatch the rif+act.dat files and recreate them on rap files.
