This btjunkie and my demonoid link are still working fine for me, Are you sure you are copying it to browsers address bar properly? on Btjunkie it says this torrent has no seeds but in fact there are over 100 seeds, Btjunkie takes forever to update!

If you want the SDK within Ubuntu VM all set to go

You can also just pull it out of the VM and use it on windows if you really want.
Either way its all set.

I actually have a Dual boot Ultimate 2.7 linux and Windows 7, but wasn't sure how to set it up in my linux, so just using your VM on Windows 7
