Waninkoko, a scener from spain, released a modified payload that allows to install retail packages when in jailbreak mode. just copy the package to usb and install as you do with the debug ones.

and for the payload, i examined it and , this was new

No, this will only allow you to install retail demos while in jailbreak mode. Before you had to reboot ps3 without jailbreak then install the retail demo. This eliminates the need to restart ps3.

okey I have 2 users with same file it's rock band dlc song from the directory exdata if someone can manage to see the difference. It's the rock band song DLC which we bought on both accounts, so you can see it's big difference.
