This game will only run with the patch installed, so make sure it's set up properly first. Now, cut and paste your target folder and data00.pac file to your root directory. Copy data99.pac to your root directory also, but only copy it. The game looks for data99 in both spots, or else no boot. Enjoy
AC Revelations Update 1.04
First, get the 1.04 update and install it to your PS3. Now get the n0drm 1.04 patch files and decrypt/re-encrypt the eboot and self files. Copy the decrypted files to your /dev_hdd0/game/BLES01467/USRDIR - don't bother copying the 50kb eboot, if you do the game will kick you back to the XMB.
Instead, decrypt the eboot from your game disc and re-encrypt it, turn it into a debug version. Now, copy that debug eboot [15,093 KB] to your /dev_hdd0/game/BLES01467/USRDIR directory. Alternatively, you can delete the 50kb eboot and rename scimitar_final.self to eboot.bin
Game will boot, install and run like a charm. Enjoy

Deux Ex: Human Revolution
I figured out how to get Deus Ex to run via LAN, as it would get stuck at the installing screen because the game realised it was being run on a 'DEV' console. Here's how to set it up -
In your BLES/BLUS folder, create a new folder called CACHE. Copy CACHE.000, CACHE.000.md5 and CACHE.001 from PS3_GAME/USRDIR to your CACHE folder. Do not cut, copy. DO NOT CUT. Cut the DATA folder from PS3_GAME/USRDIR and paste it in your BLES/BLUS directory.
This tricks the game into thinking it's been installed on your PS3's HDD0. The great thing about this is you don't have to install it to the PS3, and in boots pretty damn fast. I've tested it for about an hour, saves are working, voices, textures, etc. Everything seems to be in order. I hope this helps anyone who ran across this problem like myself.
Devil May Cry HD Collection
Copy and paste everything from your USRDIR to your root BLES/BLUS folder. Copy, not cut. You're essentially making a 9GB mirror.

With the release of n0drm's 1.03 patch, the game now requires that you boot in 'Release Mode' and not 'System Software Mode'
You'll know if you did it right, as the game will obviously either load or hard lock and give you a black screen of doom.
The upshot of this patch is that it no longer wants to install game data to your PS3 hard drive, at least it didn't for me. I'm only clocking 13 MB of game data. Enjoy

You'll need your game, ripped to your PC hard drive and the 1.01 patch from EXEtrimALL.
Unpack the 1.01 package and change all instances of dev_bdvd to app_home in the eboot and the selfs, then re-encrypt them again. You'll also need to decrypt and then re-encrypt the sprx files as well. Use mmDM to turn the bin, self and sprx files into debug versions.
Do not install the 1.01 package you downloaded. It will lock your game up, and you'll get frustrated like I did. Instead, you can make a backup [if you want - I didn't bother] of your original bin, self and sprx files and replace them with the 1.01 debug versions.
Boot the game via LAN and all should be in order. Hope this helps others
Metal Gear Solid HD Collection 1.03
You'll need your game, ripped to your PC hard drive and the 1.03 patch from n0drm.
Download the 1.03 patch from n0drm and decrypt the bin, self and sprx files using klic key - E3A152EF3624CF89ABCDB1317D57CC6B - change all instances of dev_bdvd to app_home in the eboot and the selfs, then re-encrypt them again. You'll also need to re-encrypt the sprx files as well. Use mmDM to turn the bin, self and sprx files into debug versions.
Do not install the 1.03 package you downloaded. Copy mgs2d.psarc to your MGS2 folder and mgs3d.psarc to your MGS3 folder. Copy and replace bootloader.psarc in your BOOTLOADER directory. Replace your original bin, self and sprx files with the decrypted 1.03 debug versions.
Boot the game via LAN and all should be in order. Enjoy
Mortal Kombat / Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition
Mortal Kombat 9 / Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition via LAN! This was fairly difficult, purely because ProDG was next to no help in troubleshooting.
Decrypt and re-encrypt your eboot and the sprx. Cut and paste your SAVEGAMEART, SPLASH, LOCALIZATION, ASSET and CONFIG folders to your BLES/BLUS folder. All that should remain in your USRDIR is the EBOOT.BIN, DFENGINE.SPRX and the MOVIES folder. For the love of all the is holy, the MOVIES folder has to be in your USRDIR. Now you're free to boot the game and play. Patch 1.05 and the DLC available online work as well.
Here's how my folder for Mortal Kombat is set up, maybe you can try it how I have it.

Inside that folder is -

I'd strongly suggest having the 1.05 patch installed and the characters unlocked are at the very bottom of the character select screen.
For the 'Komplete Edition' follow the same steps outlined above, but you also need to download MKKEBLES.rar and install the package as you usually would for a DEX machine. Enjoy
Motorstorm Apocalypse
Make a folder in your BLES/BLUS root directory called 'overrides' - no quotes. Cut and paste everything but the eboot from your USRDIR into this new 'overrides' directory. Game will now boot properly. Enjoy
Mugen Souls (ENGLISH)
Rename your trophy directory to NPWR03137_00 - you'll have Japanese trophies and voices, English text and it seems to work so far. Be warned that the options menu is completely different, so good luck figuring out what options affect what

Ni No Kuni
For those interested in why Ni No Kuni is randomly freezing, it's because after a length of time there are FIOS errors unpacking the ADAT and SDAT files when the game calls for a specific file packed away in them, which will cause the game to hard lock. The 100% fix that I've found working is to unpack the ADAT and SDAT files to your BLES01555\PS3_GAME\USRDIR\data folder and then moving the ADAT/SDAT files to a separate temp folder.
Before doing this, the game would lock up randomly anywhere from 5-30 minutes playing. Now I can play/leave the game any length of time without worry. So hopefully this helps people.

Another tricky one, mostly because ProDG doesn't give intelligent feedback half the time when there's a problem. But I digress.
Download the 1.01 update pkg. Unpack it, and convert the eboot and self to debug. Now copy the eboot and self to your USRDIR, overwrite the original eboot and then load your game.
It installs without a problem, and you can remove the 'mp' directory as it's for multiplayer. Saves you a good six gig. Enjoy
Rayman Origins
You need the n0drm fix for this. Cut and paste everything from your USRDIR with the exception of the EBOOT and paste it in your BLES/BLUS folder. Game will boot and run just fine. Enjoy

Rip your own copy or source a proper, first one I grabbed was broken. Cut and paste everything from your BLES/BLUS PS3_GAME/USRDIR with the exception of the eboot and paste it into your BLES/BLUS root directory.
Boot and install. Note: If you want to use the 1.30 patch, it's a bit of a process. First, prepare the pkg and install it to your PS3. Then, use ProDG or an FTP program and go to your /dev_hdd0/game/BLES00373/USRDIR and delete the eboot.bin - if you try and boot from it, the game will kick you to the XMB. Next, take the 1.30 eboot from the pkg and turn it into a debug eboot. Now take that debug eboot and paste it over your original disc eboot. Enjoy

Cut and paste every psarc that ends with the letter H into that new directory. You should have eight, totaling 2.64 GB. Now, copy those same eight files to your PS3 hard drive - /dev_hdd0/game/BCES00225/USRDIR
