meh tVersity is a pain. PS3 Media server is much better. It will play and convert on the fly, as well as copy straight to the hdd to play a vid without having to stream it.
Yep ... I have tried PS3 Media Server and it works really good...
miandad no offence to hen or his fw hacks but thoes are only xml hacks no reall sprx, self, or lv1, lv2 hacks. This means that even a usb firm loader can't give you a 4.0 or 4.11 cfw.
sir can we load any firmware in ps3.. like ps3hen dump 4.00 and 4.11 .. or 3.55
Well yes I can dump FWs like you said, but anyone can do that, with the already available tools.

Like cfwprophet points out, I'm only editing files not signed/encrypted, which are only the .rco and .xml files. The self/sprx files in the new FWs use keys we do not have so we cannot decrypt them or encrypt them.
It is also for this reason that you can't use a FW loader to give you a 4.11 CFW. Using any of the new FW files without re-encrypting them for 3.55, will simply result in the PS3 crashing on boot. As the new FW files will not be decryptable by the relevant 3.55 CFW Ldr.self
