If you had read this thread then you would know that it is not possible. Only for firmware version 1.50 or higher.

i have a problem withe PS3-Proxy from 3r1c. i cant see the main screen after clicking OK, there is no window, nothing in the task-bar or in tray... only in task-manager i can see that the program is still running so i cant config the proxy.

At LEAST start reading from that point to the present, you'll see you're not the only one.... as of now, the only one i've been able to use (and read) is the ENGLISH version of the proxy, and the instructions are on this thread on how to use it.
