The only problem that I am having is I can't get to the playstation store with this trick trying to bypass the firmware check. I use the simple dns trick to bypass the firmware check.

Not promising anything but I'm going to try to decrypt the pkg's, I think information to decrypt the file is the 96 bits after the title of the game. Going to try everything I can before I pass out and goto bed, but don't expect anything, I'm "The Thinker", not necessarily the do'er... not just yet.

Can anyone insert this step in the tutorial? So far I'm getting the same problem.

You get an A for effort (as always!) but I'm wondering if it's even necessary in order to run them... without going into detail just yet, does anyone have the PS3 Store .PKG file sizes handy? If someone can post them I will check one and then elaborate further. ;-)

OK- that is all I needed, and THANKS CrashCore! I have a suspician we will see some .PKG releases in the near future, and (possibly?) a .PKG loader for those that don't work prior to any "iSO Loader" release. Time will tell... :smile2
