This is not a fatal error, you will still get this error even when it works.
Listen: the tutorial is perfect, and will work on all ps3 systems! make sure that you got every step correct!!! Everything is case sensitive so be careful! That's a probably a reason that you can make the iso on the ps3.

win98 is fast but they are win98; you can install another os, by ripping ur os cd/dvd.

I bet using MicroXP (an nlite strip down of xp) would give you some manageable speeds. But im pretty sure it would be easier just to go to my computer

Under Device Manager it should be possible to set a non ACPI HAL that should give windows a little performance boost.
