PS3 USBLD Loader Tutorial for 60GB and 20GB

If while in ule you can browse your usb device the usbd.irx is in the right place... yours is a US 60gb right??
If so i'm not sure what the problem is..

I can browse it and it is a US 60gb, so I'm out of ideas, I even copied other versions of the .irx file, tested using 2 different usb devices, the psp as usb and various games as well and still got the same message... darn, I was soo looking forward to this, much more than actually PS3 isos...

sorry for double posting, couldn't find the edit option (I may be blind in excitment), but wanted to leave this note perhaps it could help somebody esle.

So I was unable to make it work, have tried different games, usbs, usbd files, etc, until I decided to copy the game to my hdd, replace the usbd.irx file of it with the one provided in the files by IDONE, created the game with usbextreme and now the same game that was not working previously, works without a problem! perhaps this way all games will work, I will continue to test more games with this method!

as far as I know it only works with PS3s with the EE chip on it, the 20 and 60gb models have it and I believe the 80gb does not.

I have tried this several times with no luck. Hope some here who has it working can give advice. I will list my setup, as well as things I have tried. I have a US 60 Gig model: CECHAO1 made January 2007. I Have Swap Magic 3.3. I used a PS2 to make a folder on the memory card titled SWAPMAGIC. In that folder I have ulanchelf titled SMBOOT0.

I made two folders BADATA-SYSTEM and ELFS. I placed usb.irx ver 14 in the SYSTEM folder and USBLD_V01 in the elf folder. I copied the folders to PS3 via MC_Adapter. I loaded Swapmagic and press up+L1. ULE comes up. It will not see any USB Devices no matter wich version I try. I have tried version 3.41 and 4.17 and the latest.

what are you using as a usb device? that is likely your problem if ule3.41 wont even recognize your mass device.
