i have read that it is ok to upgrade to 1.50 but i just wanted to make sure with you all before i do this...
IMHO I wouldn't upgrade, until second notice the rule still the same "the older is the best".
And you can access the Store using your 1.31 without problems, propably some demos will not run (like Ninja Gaiden) but at least you will be able to get some videos and older demos.
The DNS trick still working fine. Just had a few problems connecting some days ago, but I guess the Store was heavy loaded releasing Calling All Cars.
Boa Sorte! (Good Luck!)
Could we get the necessary WebServer files to host it by ourselfs?
I do have IIS7 on my PC and would be easier (and faster) to host it myself, and point my DNS to my localhost instead overloading ps3news.
I am able to get online, chat in lobbies, download roster updates. When I try to get in to a game, I get a "Game could not start" message. Another issue I see is when I get in to on-line FAQ, there are no entries.
That would be correct souljahz, unless you use existing threads for such topics your new posts will not show up. We don't need 20 threads on PS3 Proxy stuff here.
To answer #1: No, there is no way to load iSO files publically yet... a SEARCH would have answered this for you. :hitw

are you sure about this? I thought you need 1.50 onwards to access the store?
